Good Afternoon GROW Community,

We wanted to let you know that in an effort to prioritize the health and safety of our patients, you may be affected by minor scheduling changes in the coming weeks. As Covid cases (including the Delta variant) have risen in a way we couldn’t have expected, we have made some changes to our office. They may seem like minor changes, but we’re confident they will make a positive impact.

First, we’ve committed to prioritizing our morning appointments for healthy newborns and babies under two years. Sick visits and older children will be scheduled in the afternoon, and distanced physically to dedicated sick and well exam rooms in the office. One provider per day will work an opposite schedule in our upstairs suite; they will see sick visits in the morning and well children and babies in the afternoon. We are continuing with extensive cleaning and disinfecting between every patient, and deep cleaning at lunchtime.

We’ve recommitted to asking families to stay in exam rooms with doors closed, and to avoid congregating in the hallway. We will schedule your follow up appointments for you in the exam room, and our physicians are happy to bring stickers to you! Please, continue to call from your car to check in: this ensures we bring you in only when your room is ready, as we are not utilizing our waiting room. We are constantly aware of measures to provide physical distance between patients, and our staff is receiving ongoing training to give you the best possible care and experience.

These changes are to keep our patients safe and to help stop the spread of Covid-19. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, and will do our best to accommodate your schedule, be it with a different provider, an alternate time or another day. Please, be patient with our staff as they work double-time to strategically move patients to an appointment that is the safest for them and others. Thank you for your ongoing patience and support. We consider ourselves lucky to serve you and care for your families.
